Jacquelyn Chin is a Cantonese-American sound designer and producer. She is a proud member of IATSE MPEG Local 700 as an assistant sound editor. Chin is a jack(ie)-of-all-trades with additional experience spanning production sound mixing, editing, animation production, streaming distribution, screenwriting, and cinematography. She has a Bachelor of Science in Cinema Production from Ithaca College's Park School of Communication. 


Previously, she worked for notable companies including Warner Bros Sound, CBS, DreamWorks Animation, and Disney Streaming. Some of her recent projects include: "ABSTRACT" (Producer, Sound Designer), "Blue Bloods" Season 14 (Assistant Sound Editor), "Greetings From America" (Dialogue Editor, Re-Recording Mixer), “Kung Fu Panda 4” (Art & Layout Production Intern), and "Screamboat" (Production Assistant).


In her free time, Chin is an avid reader, podcast listener, no-pattern knitter, competitive cheerleader, novice climber, and rusty musician. She can also be found cutting and dying her hair, flag dancing, and occasionally axe throwing.
